Dr. Vanessa R. Brooks is the CEO & Founder of Brooks Consulting & Training Solutions, LLC — a leadership‑development consulting firm dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by empowering helping professionals to build six‑figure consulting businesses.
Dr. Brooks began her career as a Human Services Professional and Economic Services Program Manager, served as a pastor and pastoral counselor, and now brings a trauma‑informed, human‑centered approach to leadership, consulting, and enterprise creation.
She holds a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership in Mental Health & Human Services, and blends down‑home southern charm, faith‑rooted integrity, and high‑impact strategy to help others rise in their calling and their compensation.
